Flying out to Phoenix for the company boondoggle Circle of Excellence Award Trip tomorrow am.
Counting down the days til the FCC approval which is before Day Zero which precedes Day Alpha (globe-speak). Day Zero is the day the acquisition closes, and Day Alpha is the day we open as Big Globe. No clue how we're going to get there or even if my group will be involved.
We're in limbo limbo limbo . . .
Meanwhile, the Himalayan torture wrap is done. Bob seems very drawn to it.
Unfortunately, he really wants to kick and bite it, which I definitely understand.
I have so much more of this yarn. Bag? Pillow? Another wrap for a gift? Because I enjoy yarn torture!
Now I get to decide what the next project will be. I'm almost overwhelmed by the options. I do need to finish the sock Mom started, so that will be my "TV knitting." I also need a completely mindless stockinette project for the Knit-Up, like Cindy's Homespun poncho. And it all needs to come from stash, as I'm determined to destash this year. I want to cable the Kool Wool, though I also want to start the aran cardigan in the Shetland tweed. But I can't cable at the group, so what to do?
This is a knitter's most exciting moment: planning the next project. It's all downhill from there.
